Getting to Behavioral Change: Accountability and Level 3 Evaluation

Presenter: Maureen Orey, CPLP

Individual behavioral change is one of the keys to sustainable organizational change.  In the simple view, there are three factors to managing change: the organization, the manager and the individual. Organizations need to have effective systems in place to support change; the Manager must monitor, reinforce and empower employees to change. Individuals need to accept their personal responsibility to be accountable for their actions.  Using a client case scenario, this session will explore the systems and processes an individual must implement to crystallize the transfer of learning, and positively impact level three evaluation.

Maureen Orey, facilitates a lively and highly interactive learning experience.  Through small group discussion and large group debrief, participants will be able to:
  • Define the organizational systems needed to support behavioral change
  • Identify the role of the manager to empower action
  • Explore the five key factors to individual accountability
  • Relate a client case study that illustrates a successful level three evaluation
