Programs Co-Director - Rebecca Everett

I’ve been an active member of ATD San Diego for over 10 years, serving as Membership Chair and currently PEAK Committee Chair. Both have been fulfilling in different ways, and I’ve implemented my communication and relationship building skills to create a motivated team and successful outcomes.

I’ve been privileged to participate in the Mentor/Protégé program in both roles and have been the recipient of boundless support and informal mentoring from every member I encounter. Two of my training positions, including my current one at ScrippsHealth, have come from either the ATD Job Bank or leads from ATD colleagues. I count my ATD friends as some of my most stalwart. As Program Director, I want to share with others what I’ve reaped and continue to support an organization that has given me so much.
