Are you looking to set up KPI tracking to improve your employees’ performance? In this interactive presentation, you will set up a Workflow Performance Map for one functional role at your organization – in sales, management, project management, marketing, operations, or customer service - which you can later apply for any functional role at your organization to elevate results by individual role, functional department, or organization-wide.
With performance measured by SMART goals per task in a role, you set up your employees for success, provide meaningful opportunities for coaching, and easily provide valuable learning resources just-in-time in the workflow. Business results will be transformed by individual, functional department, and throughout your organization.

Meet Your Facilitator:
John Morley has been combining words, visuals, and sound in video and interactive media for clients and employers including Hitachi Data Systems, Farmers Insurance, Southern California Edison, Kaiser Permanente, and most of the Asian car companies.
Author of the book Scriptwriting for High Impact videos, he has taught at Cal State Northridge, lectured at UCLA, and conducted workshops at a variety of professional organizations and conferences.
An experienced coder, he has developed and managed numerous websites, and developed software used by clients including Saturday Night Live. After five years using Storyline at Genentech, he is now accepting assignments as an independent consultant.
ATD San Diego Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 1 point.

Let’s celebrate the end of the summer with an unforgettable evening of warmth, conversation and crackling flames under the starlit sky. Join us for a bonfire at La Jolla Shores to share laughter, ideas and treats.
Furry friends are welcome! Dogs on leashes are permitted after 6:00pm
We’ll take care of the bonfire stuff, s’mores and water. You can bring any other snacks, blankets, chairs and your energy around building this wonderful community.
