Program Topic
Executive Coaching with Valuable, Abrasive Leaders
Program Description
Master Corporate Executive Coach, Jordan Goldrich will share several key principles for assisting companies in managing a growing area of risk: executive bullying coming from the top of the organization. With an increasing number of states introducing anti-bullying legislation, executive coaches are increasingly asked to assist their companies or their clients by helping them retain executives who contribute in important ways but are putting their company at risk.
This evolving area of practice has ethical, legal, and methodology issues beyond traditional executive coaching engagements. The program learning objectives are:
• Briefly review the definition, prevalence, causes and risks
• How to get buy-in from key company representatives
• How to form a coaching alliance with abrasive clients
• How to structure the coaching for optimal results
