Workshop: Team Effectiveness - the “IT” Factor
Teams are messy. In today’s environment, teams operate in cross-functional, networked, digital, and in varying cultural and global contexts, where decision-making is often dispersed and influence without formal authority requires ever greater skill sets – namely self-awareness, the ability to adapt, influence, and collaborate.
In this hands-on, participant-centered workshop, you will be exposed to multiple team frameworks, leading practices, and consulting skills so that you can effectively influence and support the team’s performance!
Key take-aways for participants:
- 3-diagnostic tools to identify how a team is performing
- A tool kit of resources that aligns with the High Performing Team framework
- 3-key strategies to build psychological safety on a team
- A chart that highlights team type and tips to maximize performance
