July Board of Director Meeting

The ATD San Diego chapter leaders would like to invite interested ATD members to attend the monthly Board of Directors meeting on July 9.

Although members are welcome to join our meetings at any time, we thought we would formally invite you to join us to our mid-year board meeting and progress review. We want to provide you an opportunity to not only experience one of our board meetings, but also have the opportunity to provide your insight into the topics discussed. You will gain a better understanding of how we run our chapter while experiencing meaningful networking and learning opportunities.

Our planned agenda is below:

  • Budget review – budget vs actual, projections for end of year
  • Programs review – reflect on first 6 months, discussion remainder of the year
  • Review 2020 board member applications
  • Review election process and timing
  • Discuss date for the transition meeting and draft agenda based on last year
  • Discuss best approaches to organize our Google Drive documents

Food and beverages will be provided, so we ask you to please register before Friday, July 5 so we have an accurate count.
