Part I: Empowering Your Teams Using The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (based on the internationally acclaimed book by Patrick Lencioni) is an interactive workshop that will help you and your leaders leverage your team's strengths. This workshop addresses the 5 biggest obstacles that prevent teams from being cohesive and productive, explore the common perils that prevent teams from performing at their best, and uncover why this occurs. Participants will learn how effective leaders establish a common approach to achieving team goals, clarifying roles and expectations, effectively communicating and constructively debating issues, and making better decisions to optimize performance.
Part II: Being a Champion of Effective Teaming in Organizations
Designed to help leaders and facilitators take the foundation of 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and use practical techniques to apply it across their organization. Taking the 5 Dysfunctions model one step further, participants will be given tools to engage organizational teams in discussions and facilitate exercises that will help them move toward cohesiveness and productivity. We’ll
