About the Speakers:
Melanie Proshchenko, founder of Honeycomb Team Solutions, is a leadership development consultant with 20+ years of experience in designing blended learning programs, both as a consultant and as an internal learning and development practitioner. Throughout her career Melanie has helped organizations of all sizes in a wide range of industries create immediate impact, measurable results and sustainable change using a variety of learning modalities and methodologies. She carries with her a Master’s in Organizational Learning and certifications in Blended Learning and Virtual Learning.
Rob Tirsbier, MA, CPLP is Principal and Learning Design Consultant at RT&Co. He specializes in learning strategy, design, and development, crafting solutions that engage learners, respect project budgets and resources, and align with business goals. Over the years Rob has worked with corporate and non-profit organizations in healthcare, financial services, education, retail, and talent development. He has extensive experience helping clients navigate relationships with third-party partners on learning projects large and small.
