There is no question that the COVID-19 pandemic affected companies’ cultures, and learning. Learning Leaders are responding to new challenges to delivering training, maintaining morale, and guiding leadership through dealing with uncertainty.  Join us for a four-part learning series focused on discussing some key workplace cultures that were impacted: initial workplace response around continuous uncertainty, the impact on the culture and its resiliency, anxieties wading through this while shifting company’s expectations and living in the new normal.

Part I - The Beginning: Workplace Emergency Response to Crisis

Let’s start from the beginning when we first received the stay at home order. How did different employers respond and how has that response changed with our continuous uncertainty? We will explore how differently companies responded and examine if that aligned with what their employees needed and values of the organization. Is there a gap and what is the impact of this gap? Gaby will guide us through discussion around the impact of this gap and the need to address this throughout the continued response.

Our discussion will focus on:

  • How did your organization respond to the current situation?
  • How are you as an L&D professional doing to help others cope with the new reality?
  • How are you navigating through the continuous uncertainty?

Upon registration, you will be emailed call details and access information.
