There is no question that the COVID-19 pandemic affected companies’ cultures, and learning. Learning Leaders are responding to new challenges to delivering training, maintaining morale, and guiding leadership through dealing with uncertainty.  Join us for a four-part learning series focused on discussing some key workplace parts that were impacted: initial workplace response around continuous uncertainty, the impact on the culture and its resiliency, anxieties wading through this while shifting company’s expectations and living in the new normal.

Part II - Culture in the Times of Crisis

In Part I we discussed the initial workplace response around continuous uncertainty. Now let's explore the impact on the culture and its resiliency from the pandemic. All organizations had a pre-COVID culture, what did the pandemic reveal about the culture?  What is the current COVID culture and how can we work to create a post-COVID culture that aligns with what is important to your organization. Let's discuss how you can work to build resilient teams in the workplace, and what it means to have collective resilience.

Our discussion will focus on:

  • Understanding the shift of the culture when the crisis happened.
  • What did the crisis reveal about the resiliency of your workplace culture?
Moving forward, recognizing the importance of building a new culture of cohesive teams
