About the Speakers:
Mary Jane has talent management expertise with over 30 years experience providing training and development and organization development services, managing learning systems and programs, managing performance management systems, developing and facilitating talent review and succession processes. She currently works at Kleinfelder, an engineering, science, and construction firm. Previously she worked for Bose Corporation in various T&D roles. She teaches Training & Development at UCSD San Diego Extension and has previously served on the Board as Co-Programs Director (2011/12) and Secretary (2013/14).
Lauren Abrahamson joined the ATD chapter services team in December as the Chapter Relations Manager for the Western Area. She supports small and medium-sized chapters in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Her favorite part of working at ATD is assisting chapters with their initiatives and goals. Outside of work she enjoys reading, volunteering, and being with friends and family.
