Join us for a conversation + coffee for a casual conversation on different topics from being in the L&D industry to being a part of ATD.

Conversation Topic: Have you thought about joining the board for your local ATD chapter? What’s in it for you? Join Bridget Randall and Tiffany Prince who will lead a conversation around the professional and leadership benefits in joining the chapter board.

About the Speakers:

Hands-on experiential activities are what sets Bridget's talent development apart from the rest. She provides tools to navigate change management and targets developing strong teams. Her unique style focuses on improving communication to strengthen interpersonal relationships, resolve conflict and set the bar high for team morale. As a result, teams move forward and achieve their goals.

Recognized for her ability to tap 'into an individual's leadership potential, Bridget brings enthusiasm and engagement to the learning environment. She has been recognized for her utilization of the ADDIE adult learning theory model including developing curriculum, facilitation workshops and creating job aids. Her workshops include: Using Creativity & Innovation to navigate Change Management, Write to be Remembered and Acing the Interview.

Her training experience spans Southern California, Central Africa, West Africa and Southern China where she has coached adult and youth learners in for-profit and non-­governmental organizations. Recognized as an educator in San Diego and Riverside Counties she most recently facilitated professional development workshops for Sharp Grossmont Hospital nurses and the North County Business Chamber.

Tiffany Prince, internationally renowned speaker, consultant, coach and owner of Prince Performance LLC, provides training/ facilitation, change management techniques and business strategy processes to a range of companies and industries. She has first-hand knowledge of Technology, US Federal Government, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. She has designed and coached international development and change programs in the US and EMEA region, working with Fortune 500 companies. 

Tiffany has analyzed, designed and delivered customized leadership and learning programs for internal and external stakeholders, enabling client organizations to meet critical strategic goals. 

Tiffany obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University.  She has served in multiple board member roles for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) including the President of the Metro DC Chapter, VP of Membership of ATD Chicagoland and is currently serving as the National Advisor for Chapters for ATD. She is currently serving on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) and a co-organizer of the Career and Workforce Development tracks of the Chicago AI Days conference. She was also a member of the Learning Directors Network within the Learning Performance Institute (LPI). She holds various certifications in Performance Consulting, Agile (SCRUM), Lean, Change Management and Front-End Analysis. She is a certified Women’s Business Entity (WBE) and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She is the author of, “Top of the Mountain Leadership- The Future of Performance and Productivity in a Technology Changing World”.
