Believe it or not, your organization’s talent management habits may be setting up your employees for failure despite your best intentions! Mike will help you help your employees soar to new heights by sharing lessons learned from nearly 20 years of coaching professionals to reach their potential!

You will learn:

  • 5 common pitfalls to avoid in managing talent that often hinder high potential engagement and mobility.
  • 5 strategic best practices and programs you can implement to accelerate the development of your key employees.
  • A career management model you can introduce within your organization to shift the entitlement mindset among younger generation of employees.
