Based on Doris’ global Talent Review-Succession work, she finds that talent management professionals express three of the same challenges for their talent strategy…increasing accountability for talent review-successor development actions, increasing consistency in their talent reviews, and showing the results and value of their talent strategy.  We will discuss ideas and solutions to these three challenges, and participants will receive a softcopy handout—Taking Your Talent Temperature.

  • Gain ideas to increase follow-through and accountability for development actions identified in Talent Review-Succession Meetings.
  • Discuss the importance of consistency in your talent strategy and how to achieve consistency in your talent identification strategy, tools and processes, and in your Talent Review Meeting discussions.
  • Reviewing metrics to show the business value and results of your Talent Review-Succession strategy.

Upon registration you will be emailed call details and access information.
