Sharon Lo has 7+ years of experience as a leader in learning technology and instructional design. In her current role, she serves as the Training Manager for Fairfield Residential where she drives the L&D strategy for their corporate and construction business. Sharon’s passion is to integrate instructional design, visual design, UI/UX and technology to create immersive and scalable learning experiences that impact strategic objectives. Sharon has had experience speaking at multiple conferences such as DevLearn and has recently been selected as a member of the Thirty Under 30 by The Learning Guild.
