Get good with Articulate’s Storyline, our profession’s option of choice for developing online learning support. This open forum is for learning and sharing techniques and insights. Workshops focus on a specific feature set by deconstructing entries in Articulate's eLearing challenge.
A click-along is usually included, so come logged in to Storyline, ready to learn by doing.

A guest presenter, who is active in Articulate's eLearing challenges, will show their work and reveal the tricks and techniques used to create it. It's an informal opportunity to talk shop with others who use Storyline.

 Meet Your Presenter:

John Morley has been combining words, visuals, and sound in video and interactive media for clients and employers including Hitachi Data Systems, Farmers Insurance, Southern California Edison, Kaiser Permanente, and most of the Asian car companies.

Author of the book Scriptwriting for High Impact video, he has taught at Cal State Northridge, lectured at UCLA, and conducted workshops at a variety of professional organizations and conferences.

An experienced coder, he has developed and managed numerous websites, and developed software used by clients including Saturday Night Live. After five years using Storyline at Genentech, he is now accepting assignments as an independent consultant.

Guest Presenter:

Angie Serratos is a freelance graphic designer who specializes in multimedia for digital learning experiences.
In her role as designer she wears many different hats, such as marketing and web development, which helped broaden her skills. Always on the hunt for new challenges, she took an instructional design role in 2015 and joined the world of corporate learning. This role allowed her to collaborate with people from all over the world, broadening her perspectives and understanding of user needs.

She started freelancing in 2016 as an eLearning developer, which led her to collaborate with companies big and small from all corners of the world. Her background in design has allowed her to provide a holistic service to her clients by combining her different areas of expertise. When she is not working, she spends her time creating passion projects and sharing them on social media and the Articulate community.

As an avid learner herself, she likes empowering companies and their employees to find a passion for learning and help them thrive in this ever-changing world.
