Talent Optimization with The Predictive Index

Claudia Pratson with The Leading Edge has been a Predictive Index master trainer and consultant for 22 years, serving her clients to understand what drives people’s behaviors and how to use that knowledge for increased communication, collaboration, and innovation.
In this one hour session customized for ATD, Claudia will go over the ways in which using a behavioral assessment tool like the Predictive Index helps leaders create a culture of excellence and high performance by allowing people to align with their strengths, build the emotional intelligence to be aware of their challenges, and grow leaders that help others do the same.
All who register will have the opportunity to take the Predictive Index and to receive a report detailing their results.
This is not training in PI, but rather an understanding of how tools like PI are used in the Talent Optimization formula, from attracting the right candidate, to interviewing for gaps between behavioral motivation and the behavioral demands of the job, to retaining great talent by giving them leaders who know how to motivate and inspire excellence.
For internal leaders this presentation will give you an understanding of how knowing someone’s drivers prior to the interview will increase your interview success and help you hire the right person into the position.
For external consultants this presentation will help you understand how to utilize a tool like the Predictive Index to help your clients make the conscious connection between high performance and a culture that genuinely values each person as a unique contributor to the organizations success.
