Introducing ATD's New Member Onboarding Program

Attention new and “newish” members!

Have you ever wondered where to get started in order to make the most out of your ATD membership? A fabulous band of volunteers has put their heads together and created a new member onboarding program just for you! So whether you’re new to the talent development field or you’re a seasoned veteran, there’s something in it for you. Come join us for our upcoming session!

By attending, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect and collaborate with peers while building meaningful and lasting relationships
  • Immediately expand your professional network within an intimate group setting
  • Identify and prioritize the top goals that will bring you the greatest value for your ATD membership dues
  • Brainstorm with ATD co-hosts and peers to craft your professional development plan
  • Gain a supportive network of peers you can tap into as a resource when challenges arise throughout the year
  • Attend optional bi-monthly group sessions to learn best practices, connect to new resources, and stay on track with your goals
  • Nosh and nibble on great food

While this program is intended for members who joined the chapter within the previous six months, any ATD member is welcome to attend.
