Get good with Articulate Storyline, our profession’s option of choice for developing online learning support. This open forum is for learning and sharing techniques and insights.

This month John leads an exploration of web objects. Anything on the Internet can be embedded in your Storyline project, with some exceptions. You can learn what works what doesn't, and how to do it in this workshop. Also explored will be how to embed in your projects content from anywhere on your network; to keep file size down, workload reduced, and content current. Come prepared to click along if you would like, and to talk shop with other Storyline users.

 Meet Your Facilitator:

John Morley has been combining words, visuals, and sound in video and interactive media for clients and employers including Hitachi Data Systems, Farmers Insurance, Southern California Edison, Kaiser Permanente, and most of the Asian car companies.

Author of the book Scriptwriting for High Impact videos, he has taught at Cal State Northridge, lectured at UCLA, and conducted workshops at a variety of professional organizations and conferences.

An experienced coder, he has developed and managed numerous websites, and developed software used by clients including Saturday Night Live. After five years using Storyline at Genentech, he is now accepting assignments as an independent consultant.

ATD San Diego Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 1 point.
