Performance KPIs along the Workflow: Organizational Success Begins with Individual Success!

Are you looking to set up KPI tracking to improve your employees’ performance? In this interactive presentation, you will set up a Workflow Performance Map for one functional role at your organization – in sales, management, project management, marketing, operations, or customer service - which you can later apply for any functional role at your organization to elevate results by individual role, functional department, or organization-wide.

With performance measured by SMART goals per task in a role, you set up your employees for success, provide meaningful opportunities for coaching, and easily provide valuable learning resources just-in-time in the workflow. Business results will be transformed by individual, functional department, and throughout your organization.

Within this Map, you will define:

• The critical actions/activities along the workflow
• The SMART KPIs for that functional department
• The SMART KPIs to assess individual performance and set employee up for success in each task
• The resources needed for the employee to be successful in that task
• The ways in which the employee can access these resources
• When and how to reflect on the performance (by employee + manager): scorecards + coaching opportunities
