They overreact, they’re controlling, they make threats and humiliate others... they’re bullies, abrasive leaders, or workplace meanies...While they may be valuable to your organization given their ability to drive results, they also cost your organization in lowered morale, increased absenteeism, and in retaliation against you, the employer. Learn why abrasive people act this way and how to make them stop with a tried and true method that really works.

Join us for an engaging, eye-opening in-person event where you'll gain powerful insights into tackling workplace abrasiveness head-on. Not only will you learn how to curb disruptive behavior with proven strategies, but you’ll also have the chance to network with like-minded San Diego professionals who are just as passionate about fostering a healthier, more productive work environment. Don't miss this opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills, exchange ideas, and take home actionable solutions that make a real difference!

Plus there will be prizes and a food truck!
