AI disruption, rapid change, and workforce uncertainty are increasing pressure on employees, managers, and talent development professionals. Many people are being asked to learn faster, adapt continuously, and perform under pressure while they are already overloaded, anxious, or stuck.
In this practical 60-minute virtual session, Shawn Quinn will introduce the Leadership Renewal Framework, a three-phase approach for helping leaders support people through uncertainty and change. Participants will learn how leaders can build emotional foundation, expand capacity, and reignite purposeful action.
This session is not about turning managers into therapists. It is about helping talent development professionals equip leaders with practical questions and conversation moves that create trust, energy, learning capacity, and momentum. Participants will leave with a clear framework and practical prompts they can use in coaching conversations, team discussions, leadership development programs, and change efforts.
